In and out in under 30 minutes. I arrived for a delivery there’s space for 2 to 3 trucks to park overnight outside the gate on Magnolia Dr. The facility opens at 6:30 AM, but the shipping and receiving office doesn’t open until 7:00 AM. No restrooms available. Plenty of room to maneuver.

If you are on Conestoga, they will load you like a dry van. With the same speed on the dock. They loaded us for a little over two hours. Then you will spend more than an hour to secure this junk. Try throwing straps in windy weather through such a high load.
