No overnight parking. Two trucks can be parked on side of road. Unloaded me in 1 and half hour.
2 hours at the dock. They prioritize the local trucks. All together 3 hours spent here.

In and out in under 30 minutes. I arrived for a delivery there’s space for 2 to 3 trucks to park overnight outside the gate on Magnolia Dr. The facility opens at 6:30 AM, but the shipping and receiving office doesn’t open until 7:00 AM. No restrooms available. Plenty of room to maneuver.
