My computer was corrupted and GCOM was able to retrieve my data, documents and photos, which was described as a very difficult process. Unfortunately, all folders disappeared and now the daunting task is for me to recreate all my folders to organize and save everything I need, and of course, take the opportunity to clean house!
The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Above and beyond help with my questions and you can tell they genuinely care and enjoy what they do.
