KJ was more than helpful! Went in for a new phone and he audited my account and ended up saving me $100 a month. GCI has definitely stepped their game up.

Absolute epitome of corporate gauging followed by the worst customer service. Cannot believe they have not been investigated by BBB especially with over 70+ open complaints and issues and a F tier rating.
I paid for the most expensive home Internet they had. My download speed was 1% (42 mbps) of what they advertised which was 2.5 gbps. My upload speed was half (38 mbps) of what they advertised (75 mbps). It was so slow I couldn’t stream anything on my TV without multiple glitches and disruptions. Also, their customer service is located outside of Alaska and always a headache to deal with. I highly recommend you use the local people at MTA!!!! I just switched and it is so much better.
