HORRIBLE. DO NOT CARE
Dr Kathryn Schmidt and Diane De Haven violated my disability rights and lied on my Dr notes stating I was using heroin 05/2024 and I have been sober since 03/06/2015 I filled grievance that's a joke I asked them to amend my record they said no I have these appointments on video with audio I'll update this review with link to video when I post it beware of this place protect yourself
It's good to have a caseworker I got one her name is Jody she is a good one
I'm only giving a review because I feel I was so let down. It's been 3 weeks since my case worker switched me and my mental health is taking a hit. First she just no called no showed, then she no showed responded with her next appointment was too important to miss and then again she. Ignores me. I'm moving there's issues I don't understand, they front desk is asvoiding my calls, they keep putting me to supervisor on vacation.
