Yesterday, I had a reaction while donating plasma at the Brownsville location in Texas. Grifols Plasma Donation Center 957 E Elizabeth St, Brownsville, TX 78520, United States On 05/26/2026 at approximately 9:30 a.m. Central Standard Time. During my donation, I asked for help four times, and it was ignored. When my symptoms worsened, and I called for help, several staff members came, and nobody knew what to do! They never answer the phone I bet if you call right now they won't answer
Worst place to donate. They are never on the side of the donor. This week i was made to put my hand in the trash can take out a band aid that she said didnt go in the trash can, by the way there are no signs of which trash can to place trash. Go to CSL!!!!
3 phlebotomist skipped me for unknown reasons I would like to get in contact with supervisor on why they skipped me took them a whole 25 mins just to poke me
How are they always understaffed.? Went to be a new donor and they always tell me to go early and proceed to tell me that I have to wait till 12 when I do show up.
