Andrew came out and walked me through the process and what he will do and gave me information on the possible duration of the rodent extermination. He so explained his methodology for laying the traps. All this education give me the foundation to speed up trapping the rodent. Unfortunately I thought I was going to have a good experience with GC termite and the rep Andrew. Everything leading up to the fumigation went as planned but then all went terribly down hill from there. First, I showed up at the install time to meet with the fumigation team and they never showed up at 8am as discussed. I later found out they didn’t come until 5pm.
