I will be submitting a BBB complaint about this business. I made an appointment for a simple hair cut, and I was about to fall behind a few min on arrival due to attending to my wife for post surgery issues she was having while staying at home. I thought to give a courtesy call to the barber to say ill be a few min late, but before he gave me to the chance to explain, the barber (over the phone) became rude and unprofessional and started lecturing me about "being on time" and "not holding other people up."
