Went to the location cause it said “open” wanted to get a couple of hi itsuri and bags of food. tried calling them, call keeps getting declined. Turns out they only do by appointments had to scroll all the way down their website. Drove all the way from Fontana for such a disappointment. Don't mark your store as open if it’s not or at least answer the phone.
GC koi farm has the best customer service in all koi sellers that I worked with. They work with you to make sure you have the best kois you need. I’m very satisfied with their customer service!
I spent $300 for a koi which has a very abnormal mouth. They told me that the koi which I bought couldn’t make it through the Winter; however, they told me that they found my koi in another tank a week later. The time I received the koi, its mouth was bigger than normal but after a couple of weeks, I found out that my koi’s mouth was so big and abnormal. I felt very frustrated! Never comeback to buy kois from here again.
