⭐️ 1 Star — If I could give zero, I would. I had the absolute worst experience imaginable. I walked in carrying my fish in a secure bag of water — my little buddy that I’ve had for years. Instead of handling it with any care, they literally tossed the bag outside like it was trash. Went to the location cause it said “open” wanted to get a couple of hi itsuri and bags of food. tried calling them, call keeps getting declined. Turns out they only do by appointments had to scroll all the way down their website. Drove all the way from Fontana for such a disappointment. Don't mark your store as open if it’s not or at least answer the phone.

I spent $300 for a koi which has a very abnormal mouth. They told me that the koi which I bought couldn’t make it through the Winter; however, they told me that they found my koi in another tank a week later. The time I received the koi, its mouth was bigger than normal but after a couple of weeks, I found out that my koi’s mouth was so big and abnormal. I felt very frustrated! Never comeback to buy kois from here again.
