I owe apology to this company. Google Maps directions took me to a parking lot for school busses and I didn't realize the business is next door. Please disregard my earlier post.
Company supposedly in New Lenox wasn't familiar with my location 1.3 miles away. I drove to their office which didn't, exist.
Brandon was great! Same day service to replace our torsion springs. Did the balance and also did a quick inspection for us on the other parts of the door opening system. Awesome customer service!
