This company is totally professional. I was nervous about having the work done. They installed wood floors in our master bedroom and matched the stain to our other wood floors PERFECTLY. I didn't think it was possible. I also had carpet installed in our other bedrooms. They arrived at 7:00, tore down, layed carpet and put it all back together in an hour. The carpet is beautiful. GC Flooring Pros did a great job installing new LVT flooring throughout my home. Caleb was excellent to work with—very professional, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. This was not an easy project because the existing floor was in rough condition after demolition, but the crew did an excellent job with the floor prep and leveling. We had a great experience with GC Flooring when we replaced our sad, dusty carpet with LVP. Communication was transparent across the board with Ivan and Valeria, as well as with the crew who did the flooring. They were also accommodating when we asked to split the project into two jobs so we could stay in half of the house at a time with our senior dogs that haven’t been boarded before and don’t travel well.
