Timely estimate, great communication and follow-up! Did not use due to getting a significant family and friends discount from another roofer, but would have otherwise!
This company was a sub contractor of property pros Inc. they trashed my roof! had to remove inflow venting installed incorrectly, had to remove ridge vent to replace false roof patching using flattened out drip edge to hold plywood patch in place and roofed over it. Called Building Inspector, they were denied permits no liability insurance. I refused to pay balance of 4.800, Then tried to put mechanics lean on property. We had an awesome experience with GCCS Roofing. Graham was especially helpful and attentive throughout the entire process, from the moment our inspection was done through the final job completion and payment For the new roof. He walked us through the entire steps of the process and was always there to answer questions and communicated very well.
