Damaged parts of our stair frame and baseboards. When I brought it up to Alan, the owner got very defensive and denied it. Bad customer service along old loud equipment. Six hours later, our carpet was still very wet when we were originally told it would be dry within 2 to 3 hours. I would not recommend them at all. Stay away!
Allen did a great job. My tile and grout look brand new. He was fast and efficient and came the same day I called. I highly recommend him

GC Carpet, Tile and Grout Cleaning is second to none! Do not waste your money elsewhere! My grout is as good as new and it was sealed for a nominal fee!
