I booked an online appointment for 1:30. I get there right on time, sit down patiently because I see that the tech was finishing with another client. After 20 min, I go up to her and ask how much longer; she said 35 more minutes. Which means I’d be waiting an hour to be seen for my appointment that I was on time for. I bring it up to the owner and she said I was on the schedule for 2:00 which was not true. I originally gave this place 5 stars but after coming here now for about a year I’ve seen a very disappointing change. Once the staff gets comfortable with the customer I guess they feel they can take advantage & take their kindness as a form of weakness. No matter how busy a place is each customer should get the same amount of treatment. Don’t rush the customer because you want to move on to the next client.
