Do NOT bother with this roofer. They are out of business. They took our insurance check 2 years ago and never did the work. There are apparently several folks in the same situation.
Accepted and cashed the money the insurance sent after signing contracts. Strung us along with excuses for a year then disappeared and won't answer the phone or return calls. Trash company ran by thieves!!!!
We had a great experience with GBT roofing. Alyssa worked diligently with us through the entire process and let us get things scheduled on our time frame without ever feeling rushed.
The work they do is good, very trustworthy. You do need to be in constant communication with them so you don’t fall through a crack to be on their schedule. They have also came back and did some warranty work
I had my roof replaced by GBT Roofing, and while the initial work seemed fine, I’ve had multiple leaks ever since. I’ve called multiple times asking them to come out and address the issue, but no one ever shows up. Each time, I’m either promised a callback or an appointment that never happens. A company’s true quality is shown in how they handle problems after the job is done, and unfortunately, their customer service and follow-through have been extremely disappointing.
