Junk transmissions junk customer service
My husband had his transmission rebuilt here, and it has been nothing but problems, bad communication, and too much money wasted.
Possibly my worst automotive shop experience ever, and I have owned well over 30 cars, so that's saying something. I initially paid GBOX $10,400 to rebuild a 996 Turbo transmission, with a warranty. The transmission was shipped to them ( I covered $850 in freight). Upon completion, it was installed in the car and became locked up within 100 miles. I had to pay the labor to have the transmission removed from the car again ($4,100) and covered shipping costs to send it back again. They repaired it under warranty and sent it ba... read more
