When a company is good at what they do, that's nice. But when they care about their work, that's when you know you won the lottery. I placed a frantic call last night at 9 pm to see if they could fix my broken garage door opener. They committed to have a technician on-site at 10:30 this morning. He showed up early, fixed the known problem quickly and then pointed out what would be a problem in days or weeks. George fixed that as well. Jorge came out to do the job, was LATE but fixed the garage door pretty quick. His customer service needs work it was a bit off, I thanked him for the job, no your welcome or anything. No Hi pretty much dry..Guys pretty serious. That was the only thing that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Still gave a 5 star bc the problem got resolved fast.
