had a fantastic surgery, staff were excellent
Everything goes okay until your last appointment. After the final appointment you’re ignored by the staff (portal messages and voicemails don’t help) and your concerns are not addressed unless you call and speak to the office manager and even then you’re lucky if you speak to anyone with sense. Tho I don’t know if I’d recommend them or not for that very reason as being able to stay in contact with your care team and such is essential. Do better.
