This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. My symptoms and pain were dismissed. I was talked down to by Dr. Smalls and was humiliated. At this time I’m no longer interested in going to GBMC at all for my care. I usually see Megan Wood and she is wonderful, but this whole process has been upsetting.
I LOVE my Doctor here (Dr. Shen) and Megan Woods (CRNP), and everyone is SO sweet, but I need to state that EVERY time I have come in here at least one of the front desk staff and the woman who takes blood have had their masks down under their noses for extended periods of time. It's COMPLETELY ridiculous and unacceptable given the pandemic happening and the fact that this is a medical office where everyone who works is at higher risk of getting/spreading COVID just by the nature of being a doctor's office.... not to mention... read more
Have had a horrible experience getting prescriptions refilled and questions answered by Megan Wood. On multiple occasions she has neglected to refill my ADHD prescription for the better part of a week, resulting in massive anxiety and panic attacks. I have spoken to her and the nurses multiple times about her neglect to me as a patient and nothing changes. I would never recommend her to anyone.
Took my elderly aunt there expecting to spend the entire morning but was out in less than an hour. Very organized and professional. Dr. Tyzac took the time to listen and also went over all her medications from various doctors. Totally impressed.
This place sucks. Dr. Smalls is impossible to schedule an appointment with. I had a physical scheduled in august that I scheduled a year before. They called me in august and said they needed to reschedule. The earliest appointment they had was December. So I rescheduled for December, the morning of, I get a call at 650am saying they need to reschedule me again. They only have one day available and that is on Saturday.
