I’ve been renting a storage unit from here for over 16 years. It’s conveniently located and if there’s been issues there’s always a quick response.
I've stored my belongings here going on 10 years. I've gone through different ownership, and I have never had any problems. The new owners I've never met personally however I have dealt with over the phone, and they are quick to get back to you with a solution that works for both parties. Excellent owners. They have a very clean and safe facility. I haven't heard or read about anyone's storage unit being vandalized or broken into. Best storage company in Tri-Cities Washington.

First-class organization. Clean. Professionally run. Easy to contact. Easy to work with.
Only leaving GBD because I can’t justify $125 a month to store things I don’t really need. Management is quick to respond to questions, or concerns. They were bought out, and GBD made it fairly easy to transfer everything over. I do think it’s strange the link they sent to provide feedback, had an automatically filled out review, which I deleted to write this.
