We really liked the projects they have, the design, the place where located but unfortunately it’s not for first buyers, prices are on the sky for our 450k budget 😢. And in addition we have to have like 30k more or less plus in order to have everything finished . Prices can get more than 600k+30k top of every price. But yes, their houses are nice 🤗.
Awesome new neighborhood that's great for families and has a nice park in the center. Unfortunately, quite isolated and far from businesses or public transit.
