Quan is one of the most upstanding people I've met. I rented one of his properties and was one of the best the decision I made. The overall experience was that good, so much so I stayed longer than I should have. I remember at this particular property it got flooded and Quan (GBA reality) put me in a hotel until the flooding was taken care of. He was always a phone call away and quick to resolve any issue. 5/5.
I found GBA Realty during my 2nd year in Oakland and enjoyed my five year stay at their property. The manager (Quan), his team, along with the landlord, accommodated us at every turn and responded promptly to maintenance concerns. Despite a statewide shutdown and months of health-wide uncertainty during the pandemic, GBA was still responsive to our needs and even offered to defer rent payments (if needed).
