They are unwilling to properly address maintenance issues and instead apply temporary fixes rather than making lasting repairs. They also show up unexpectedly or arrive hours earlier than scheduled, seemingly attempting to catch our family doing something wrong.
You guys should remove me from the lease. I have called three times now with this request and no one is doing anything about it. My roommate provided another co applicant to facilitate this request at your request yet nothing is been done. I’m not one to come out and leave reviews but at this point you are leaving me no choice. I have asked nicely via email and via phone call and nothing is been done. I kindly request that you do the needful.
Quan is one of the most upstanding people I've met. I rented one of his properties and was one of the best the decision I made. The overall experience was that good, so much so I stayed longer than I should have. I remember at this particular property it got flooded and Quan (GBA reality) put me in a hotel until the flooding was taken care of. He was always a phone call away and quick to resolve any issue. 5/5.
