Mark originally came as an emergency call the Sunday of memorial day. Not only did he come at a time when most won't, it only took him minutes to diagnose and fix our problem. We bought a new construction house, called about our upper unit not working at all. He pointed out our other unit was out of coolant, filled it, and told us what to watch for in case of continued problems. He also walked us through registering our units for warranty protection. I called the technician out to my condo when my heat went out just after the big snow. He was there on time the next day and diagnosed the problem within just a little while. The part was on his van and he installed it for what I thought was a great price considering it was service within 24 hours. He also checked for a gas leak under the stove and tightened a loose nut there. Mark really seemed to know his stuff and have extensive experience. Highly recommended.
