I called the basic number to get an estimate for installing carpet in an entire home. Was given the number of Tina to arrange for an onsite estimate. Left a message early in the day. When I did not get a call back well into the day, I called again. Tina answered and gave the stock answer that she was about to call. Scheduled an appointment for Monday morning at 11:30.
