Original message -------- I wish there was a way to give 0 stars because 1 star is 1 too many. I sent in an injector for a 91 Suzuki Sidekick. This car's single injector is wired to the same connector as the throttle position sensor, which then connects to the rest of the wiring harness. Both the injector and TPS were sent out because of this. I received the injector back without the TPS and now they're claiming to have never received it. In October of 2021 I purchased a fuel injector part 833-22102-6 from a local parts store. I own an auto repair shop. It lasted 2 days before returning leaking. I can't believe they don't have a labor warranty like most reputable remanufactures. I don't pay for others crap work twice. I will never install GB parts again. If you also own a repair shop, avoid this reman business. I'm also going to post this on the many repair shop social media groups I'm part of. UPDATE : After having no help from rockauto, i had good service from GB and they understood my problem, they accepted to refund me and will inspect the problematic injectors. Don’t want to cover their warranty because i am using their injectors on a different car than the part number is advertising. Rdx injectors are widely used on alot of engine and swaps, and their leaking injectors would leak even if they were on the car they were meant for… They deserve their low google rating.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 8 fuel injectors for a truck I am working on. When I get my package, it only had seven. I contacted support for CarID (who I ordered through) and they told me that they “actually shipped me 8.” So I explained that I was standing there looking at 7 injectors that came out of the one package. They told me that they were sorry for the inconvenience and would fix it and that I should expect an email in two to three business days.
