This place Is the worst place ever. Stole a priceless bracelet given down from my grandmother. Kept giving excuses and postponing the return of my bracelet. That is irreplaceable. Call the police on Omar. I have an open case on this man. He is a thief. And I regret ever leaving him with something so priceless. Stole the only piece I had to remember my grandmother by. There's no forgiveness for what this man has done. He deserves what's coming

I am writing this review to warn people about this distrustful business. It is truly heartbreaking that G&B Jewelers Llc. destroyed my family heirloom vintage Rolex. We brought our watch to be repaired here because Omar, the owner, had a wonderful reputation. When the watch was brought in, Omar assured us it could be repaired and he took the watch to begin repairs. Do not do any business with G&B jewelers. I gave him my husband's vintage watch to repair. Then he gave it to a very questionable watch maker. The watchmaker had the watch for over a year until I was notified that the watch was not repairable and was in pieces. I asked for the pieces back and he said that I could not have them back. He probably sold the pieces or the watch and made a lot of money. Omar was so concerned that my husband's Rolex was nowhere to be found that he promised me $8500 to replace it. I gave Omar an heirloom Rolex watch 2 years ago to fix gave it to his watchmaker. He kept telling me the watchmaker was waiting for parts to fix the watch. I kept checking on the watch every month. A year later he finally told me that the watch was in pieces and couldn't be fixed. I asked for the pieces back and told me that he could't get them back to me. Somehow the watch disappeared. Stay away from this place!! The owner Omar said he was going to have a custom pendant made for me took a deposit of $2500 dollars from me every time i keep checking in on it was another excuse!! 9 months later I have no pendant and no money!! And he won’t return my calls horrible company!!!
