Updating my review after speaking with Anthony in the Elkin corp office: It’s obvious G&B has a customer focus and that they take the reviews posted here seriously. They immediately recognized an issue and took the steps to make it right. I appreciate that greatly in a company I chose to do business with. Thanks for the help, Anthony.
We have used this company for a few years now. Our house has a large propane tank that fuels our grill and fireplace. Last week G&B came to fill the tank, and since then, our fireplace will only light for a few minutes before going out. I called the shop and was told that our logs are “probably just dirty” and we need to pay for a cleaning. They refused to even come out and look without money from us. I had an issue with my Gas Fireplace pilot light cutting off. Clyde came and studied what was going on. It was an issue that could have easily been overlooked if Clyde had not taken the time to investigate what was going on. He and Johnny came back out with what was needed to fix the problem and took the time to make sure all systems were working properly.
