We hired and paid GB Americars to be our getaway car at our wedding. The final touch on a extremely important day. The car never never arrived. GB Americars didn’t provide notice either. My wife and I had to take an Uber from our wedding (a sweet white minivan). We received half a refund 3 weeks later. After multiple request to receive the balance of the refund, I called the credit card company to dispute the remaining balance.

The service was exceptional from the moment I first contacted them. Our evening was perfect. The driver was punctual , courteous, and professional. The ride was comfortable and relaxing. I will absolutely use them again.

If you are in need of a service that will guarantee you first class amenities, professionalism, an immaculate SUV, comfort, great communication and the right pricing - hire GBAmericars! My family and I needed transportation to and from the Austin airport. Once I provided Karen with our flight information - she took care of the rest. Mike with GB AmeriCars took fantastic care with the Prom Crew! Right on time and very professional and personable. The Crew had a fantastic time and really enjoyed their time with Mike. They were taken to all the places they wanted to go and arrived in style all night long. It was a long night, but Mike was amazing all the way through. Would certainly recommend to anyone and will keep in mind for the next special occasion.

This is a great company to deal with! They communicated well about my reservation and were very friendly. The driver Mike was fantastic. He went above and beyond to give us wonderful service!!
