Backing into the dock can be challenging because the access road is very narrow and tight. Once a truck is on the dock, there is limited space for other trucks to pass, with only one lane remaining open, so extra caution is needed. On the positive side, the office staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. Overnight parking is also available, which is a great convenience for drivers.
Backing tough, overnight on site. Everyone around shipping office tries to pass on time. However, management in front office are polite and do understand the value of time. The guys at back keeps giving me different different excuse for delaying unloading. Eventually, the other driver showed up and advised to bring it to manager attention. After doing so, they unload me within 20mints after waiting 4hour. Thanks manager Dane.
