Owner was rude and dismissive of my brother when he asked if he could take a picture of some earrings to get a second opinion. Short sighted and inconvenient policy considering they don’t offer refunds for these purchases. Some of the stock is nice but the business owner clearly has no interest in preventing buyer remorse. Used to be my favourite business for these purchases, will never shop here again.
