Just moved in recently, the property is very clean, plenty of amenities like pool cabana, exterior fireplace, pool & bbq site. My unit was very clean and walk-in ready. Maintenance is very kind, and always available. Management is professional, quick and reasonable. Would like to see more options for dog park expansion or rain cover for when it rains for smoking section.
Spacious apartments with sociable neighbors and well taken care of grounds. Problems are rare to non-existent, you never get neighbors blasting music, maintence and management are both on top of their respective jobs. Very peaceful place to live.
My husband and I recently moved from Kentucky to Washington, and we needed an apartment by a specific date. We encountered some issues with our application, but Mark, the leasing agent, was incredible. He kept us updated almost every day, which really eased our stress. Many times, a place becomes a home not because of the place itself but because of the people in it. In this case, I’m referring to the 3 wonderful people working in this apt complex. Back in May, I hosted a graduation party for my daughter at the Clubhouse. Since I wanted to have the party immediately following her Commencement it meant that I had just 2 hrs to get the party set up and food out to feed about 20 people. Sarah has been so great to work with, the application process was so easy to move into the community. I had applied for over 10 communities and all of them except Gayteway, I had awful experiences. Sarah has answered all of my questions and continues to be super helpful for all of my inquiries. The unit felt brand new when I moved in, James did a great job with the unit turn.
