Many times, a place becomes a home not because of the place itself but because of the people in it. In this case, I’m referring to the 3 wonderful people working in this apt complex. Back in May, I hosted a graduation party for my daughter at the Clubhouse. Since I wanted to have the party immediately following her Commencement it meant that I had just 2 hrs to get the party set up and food out to feed about 20 people. Neighbors will make any amount of noise they want at any hour and the office wont do anything. Quiet hours are not respected or enforced. People without handicap stickers park in handicap spots all the time and you call the tow company to tow them, and the tow company wont do anything because the office has asked them not to. Seems about half the occupants smoke weed (even though it says you arent allowed to on the lease) and the office once again does nothing about it. My husband and I recently moved from Kentucky to Washington, and we needed an apartment by a specific date. We encountered some issues with our application, but Mark, the leasing agent, was incredible. He kept us updated almost every day, which really eased our stress. Sarah has been so great to work with, the application process was so easy to move into the community. I had applied for over 10 communities and all of them except Gayteway, I had awful experiences. Sarah has answered all of my questions and continues to be super helpful for all of my inquiries. The unit felt brand new when I moved in, James did a great job with the unit turn. I have been a resident at Gayteway apartments for two years now. Out of all the places I have lived (7 states) I have never been treated so well as I have by the Management team at Gayteway. From day one two years ago when Sarah showed us the units during the walk through to today, she has always been attentive and accommodating. Both her and the maintenance manager James show real caring and concern for any problems that arise with their tenants.
