My husband and I recently moved from Kentucky to Washington, and we needed an apartment by a specific date. Sarah has been so great to work with, the application process was so easy to move into the community. I had applied for over 10 communities and all of them except Gayteway, I had awful experiences. Sarah has answered all of my questions and continues to be super helpful for all of my inquiries. The unit felt brand new when I moved in, James did a great job with the unit turn. This place is massively over priced. The materials in the apartment are low quality. The rent price is not what you’ll be paying, you will have to add an extra $100-150 a month for the communal expenses, such as trash and water. For a one bedroom, two covered car spots, and a single pet, I was paying almost $2,200 a month. That doesn’t include apartment electricity. my husband and i got married this year, and just moved in to our new home here. needless to say we are thrilled! the screening process had some hiccups but the property manager, Mark, was so kind and helpful through our whole transition. There were lots of reasons we chose Gayteway over other apartments, and Mark was definitely one of them. We love that there's a gym, a pool, and a barbecue area. The apartment itself is sich an upgrade for us. Highly recommend, all around. Ɛ>

Many times, a place becomes a home not because of the place itself but because of the people in it. In this case, I’m referring to the 3 wonderful people working in this apt complex. Back in May, I hosted a graduation party for my daughter at the Clubhouse. Since I wanted to have the party immediately following her Commencement it meant that I had just 2 hrs to get the party set up and food out to feed about 20 people.
