My experience (specifically with Eddie and Daniel) has been excellent. Always responsive to email (within minutes) and have gone above & beyond with my taxes over multiple years.
Used to do my taxes. They made a mistake on my taxes, then wouldn't stand behind me to the IRS. They sent me payment coupons that they claimed were for optional payments. I was later contacted by the IRS for missing the payments that they had negotiated (which summed up to the IRS-calculated shortfall plus penalties and interest...
