Staff and service have declined over past three years. Our latest stay was a complete nightmare. Their treatment of our disabled veteran was a disgrace. It took 8 contacts by phone and 1 in person to get an ADA compliant room. As they have no ADA rooms that sleep more than 2 people their ADA compliance representative assured us that we could get a rollaway free of charge. The on site restaurant Villa de Flor is exceptional! Had Thanksgiving their with my family last year. It's a bit pricey but well worth it!
