They are holding a room deposit after reporting that someone tested positive at Gaylord National last week. This is unacceptable! Poor customer service. There should be no question about refunding the deposit!!!
I don’t have any personal experience with this establishment but the picture circulating of a person dressed in a white hood is deplorable! You should be ashamed of yourselves and I hope your business plummets!
