I lived in the C-Building at Gayley Park for one year, and I would not recommend signing a lease here. Media has many affordable apartment complexes, so I encourage you to explore other options in the area. To be fair, there are a couple of positives: (1) the property feels safe, which is important, and (2) the apartments offer a lot of square footage for the price. Move in was a breeze. Clean and ready for us when we got the key. Leasing lady was very helpful.
I am overall very pleased with Gayley Apts. Great place to live.
We lived in building B for almost 2 years- and overall had a positive experience. Our apartment had been newly updated prior to move in. Parking was always pretty easy, and we very rarely any noise issues. Only cons would be you need to provide your own AC for the bedroom, as there is only a unit provided in the living room. Lived here for a year, there was aspects of the apartment I liked and it wasn’t unsafe but a complete lack of accountability with fixing any problem a within the apartment. I had a banging radiator which kept me up through the entire winter and my roommate had water pouring in through his ceiling. With the radiator they would say maintenance was done with nobody ever coming to the apartment and ever fixing the problem.
