I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Skinner, who recently delivered my first child. I go to another affiliated OB practice, but Dr. Skinner was the doctor on call at the hospital when I was admitted in labor. I was a little nervous about delivering with a doctor I had never met before, but Dr. Skinner was warm, friendly, and clear and put my mind at ease. Dr. Skinner has been amazing! Just started seeing her this year and the quality of care is unmatched. All of my questions were answered throughly and everything that needed to be done, happened seamlessly. She’s also very bright, went to a top med school and calls the shots based on what’s best. If you’re looking for a black doctor in MD, here you go!
Dr. Skinner is very professional and take the time to go over information given. She takes the time to make her patients aware of what they should do or maybe can do when asked a question. I've been going to her for a few years now and have always had a great experience. The front desk personnel is always pleasant as well as the nurse.
Dr. Skinner was knowledgeable and offered me information without me prompting her. She was kind and efficient, and made sure I knew what was going on at every step. She made me feel comfortable and didn’t treat me questions like they were irrelevant. The office staff were kind and helpful and it seemed like they enjoyed their work.
Doctor Skinner and her staff are just amazing the level of care she provided to my wife was outstanding and amazing We prayed to God to continue to give us more doctors like Her. Thanks Doctor For my wife surgery and may the Lord of haven give you more wisdom for your future patiens
