I had an appointment with Dr. Harris and was surprised by the lack of professionalism and patient-centered communication during the visit. Upon opening the exam room door, she did not introduce herself and asked me to follow her while she was finishing a personal phone call on her cell phone. Dr. Harris is very friendly, compassionate, and very knowledgeable.
