After several friends had recommended acupuncture and I'd exhausted doctor recommended options to address my knee pain, I finally went to see Gayle. Initially I was quite skeptical, but she was able to calm my nerves. She works with me to understand symptoms and to understand what I hope to get out of coming to see her (running again).
