First off her page here is inaccurate because she doesn’t work on Friday. She is a cold, heartless, uncaring person and I truly believe she only views her patients as dollar signs. On multiple occasions I’ve had issues with the medications she prescribed me and she refused to make time to help me out, which is even more infuriating when you consider that she takes Friday’s off. The fact that this person is a doctor is an indictment on the poor state of the medical industry in this country.
Awful experience. They rescheduled my appointments several times. Also had a teleheath appointment and they didnt send the email with a link. Called and they were closed. The following week I called and they said since I missed the telehealth appointment I had to come be seen in the office again. Would not recommend to anyone because it only added to my stress. Very unprofessional.
Operationally, and from a patient care standpoint, the whole culture of this office is struggling. I'm perplexed because our family uses and has used Heritage Medical offices for years and all other offices have been superb, so I think it is a local office issue. This office cannot seem to schedule basic appointments or get refill requests correct. She saw me for 20 minutes. Made no effort to get to know me. Changed my medication from something that has worked for a long time. It was the wrong medication. It set me into o a tail spin. Not going back.
