Dr.V is wonderful, whenever I need to talk to her about anything she calls be back and makes me feel comfortable and tells me if I need to be seen, and will get be in right away. She is very caring and explains everything the way it is . I would highly recommend her to anyone!
I was referred to this office to follow up when I was diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism and a deep vein thrombosis when I was 27 years old. This happened because I had surgery on my foot and was laid up for months and was on birth control. While following up and getting test done at this office I was shamed about my weight which I wasn’t severely overweight and that wasn’t the issue of why I ended up clotting. Too many tests with no treatment in sight...not even an idea what it would entail ....I'm older. That has something to do with it...she doesnt like medicare people.....I left bmg. This was going on too long..... .
Nice environment. Very thorough explanations from the doctor. Doctor communicated on a level easy to understand. Doctor treats staff as peers and communicates to th on a level exuding respect. Overall excellent experience.
Dr. V is a great listener and takes the time to get back and check on you even after hours.
