Unprofessional staff member Olga who left a voicemail stating that Dr. Ambartsumyan is leaving the office even though I was 15 minutes late because I was traveling from a different city to see this doctor. Staff is clearly untrained when they are bold enough to lie.
Dr. Ambartsumyan has been a godsend in our fertility journey. I came to Dr. A after a few failed treatments at another clinic, and upon meeting her I knew right away I wanted her to be my doctor. She is incredibly knowledgable, genuine, warm, comforting, with a sense of swag that always makes me feel at ease right away regardless of how stressful the circumstances were.
