I was a new client that was late due to flat tire and she accepted me! I'm from St. Louis and extremely picky but I've had the same stylist for 26 yrs. MS. EMILY exceeded the service I expected. She was super Kool and actually talks to her clients, she calmed my nerves. She's definitely mastered her craft and was a patient listener. Her establishment is Clean and her persona was professional. She's won me over which is no easy task. But needless to say I'm hers until I'm on to the next city. 😃Â
