Excelent service
Receptionist staff are wonderful and so are the nurses. But Dr Soo Ng makes my 93yr old father wait hours for his treatment!!! His injection!!!! As I sit there and watch all the over booked patients come through and wait !!! Is is about how much money he can cram in and make in one day !!!! Because he is not worried about his patients wait time at all!!! The waiting time is appalling!!!!! Every visit is the same old “SORRY ABOUT THE LONG WAIT””” every single time!!!! It was my first appointment being referred to the clinic today and I found that the desk staff were extremely friendly and it was fully booked and those that needed assistance were well looked after.
