Muy buen servicio
Poor communication. Poor service. Poor business practices. Vehicle had an electrical short. They said they'll take a look, shouldn't take long, then the story changed to you have to leave the vehicle, it could take 2,4, or 6 hours to find the problem at 180 dollars an hour. They refused to work on the vehicle with me in the waiting room. They don't know when they're going to work on your vehicle so they want you to leave it so they can tinker with it when it's convenient to them. They don't want you to see how long a job act... read more
I had a bad experience. I took my truck in for three things and they only fixed two. I went back because of one of the problems the truck still had, and they wanted to charge me a lot more money than I had already paid. I don't recommend them at all.
I've been going to GAW for over 20 years. Reliable, great crew and reasonable. Keep up the great job guys.
