The Best Diesel Mechanics
Terrible experience. If you’re looking for a shop that respects your time, provides firm estimates, and operates with an open-door policy, this isn’t it. I’d recommend taking your business to a shop that doesn't hide behind the service bay doors.

Poor communication. Poor service. Poor business practices. Vehicle had an electrical short. They said they'll take a look, shouldn't take long, then the story changed to you have to leave the vehicle, it could take 2,4, or 6 hours to find the problem at 180 dollars an hour. They refused to work on the vehicle with me in the waiting room. They don't know when they're going to work on your vehicle so they want you to leave it so they can tinker with it when it's convenient to them.
