Gavynn is one of the most amazing people we’ve met. He has become a close friend now, and I imagine this is common with both clients and associates. He is the perfect person to trust for such an important investment/home! He can guide you through the process with certainty and care.
Gavynn and I had a couple transactions last year and he did an awesome job negotiating for these service members VA benefits where the closing costs was paid for about a seller!
Gavynn is such a great guy and super helpful with all things housing related. He has given me numerous referrals for house repairs, including one that bailed me out of a sticky situation. Highly recommend working with him!
Gavynn really impressed me with his ability to guide us through the various aspects to keep in mind when buying a house. He took a relatively complex situation and simplified it as much as reasonably could be hoped for. I highly recommend him as a realtor with integrity, and clearly he is a super nice guy too!
Gavynn Wells is an absolutely wonderful human and relator to work with. He was informative, patient, and always keep us clients first when it came to make any decisions. I was nervous about working for a relator in general as I had heard they can be closing focused not client focused, but that certainly wasn't the case with Gavynn.
