As a licensed home inspector, I work with a lot of real estate agents. Gavynn is one of my favorites. He obviously cares about each client, each house, each deal. He is always warm and friendly and very professional at the same time. He asks me great questions about the homes conditions and materials to make sure he and his client thoroughly understand my inspection findings. He also bakes great bread!
