Jonny was quick to respond, showed photos of the gutter before starting and was clear on price. Price was very reasonable and within the range he mentioned on phone. There was no hidden cost. The after photos was reassuring to see how clean the gutter became. Work was mess-free as Jonny used vacuum cleaning. He was also nice to fix couple of minor roof tile cracks.
Jonny at Gav’s Gutter Cleaning was very clear in all aspects of his communication, including being prompt in his replies. Not only were my gutters cleaned by Tim in a professional manner and now look amazing, but all expectations were met and clearly laid out. This is very much appreciated. Jonny is fantastic. He completed an extremely comprehensive clean on what is a very large and steep roof. He is so friendly, respectful, courteous and his pricing is fantastic (I don't think you could beat it). We have him scheduled on a cycle now for all our routine gutter maintenance - 10/10.
