I was very disappointed in the advice and communication we received from Gavnat. One of the representatives was quite rude when answering my questions. The inacurate information they gave us regarding their fee; they made it sound like most roofing companies paid part if not all of their 10% fee and that they would negotiate with them. Which they did not. Also, we did not receive an award that covered all trim and downspouts, but Gavnat charged us for replacement Value instead of Actual value. My wife and I had a major hail and wind event that created a tremendous amount of damage to our home, and properties we owned in ************. We attempted to deal directly with the insurance company after filing our claim. Not only did the insurance adjuster not perform a complete inspection of our properties but they did not have knowledge of the specific products we would need to repair the damage. Had an excellent experience working with Gavnat (***** and *****) after the hail storm hit ************ Summer 2022. Led the process of negotiating with State Farm to get a full roof replacement, gutters, and deck re-finishing. Also assisted in the contractor selection (Three Rivers) who did a fantastic job, though winter prevented the final gutter replacement until this spring. Thanks for everything!

DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM! We signed a contract with them after speaking with a siding contractor, huge mistake. After 9 months, they sent us for services that they did not complete, for money they said they got for us that we had already come to an agreement with our insurance for. Josh swore at me (f bomb multiple times) and called me a liar even though I have documentation from our insurance that I provided prove otherwise. I worked with Dan **********. I emailed him my business policy on November 8, 2021 for him to review from a fire claim I had. He had me sign an agreement with him December 18,2021. The next conversation we had before the holidays was that he got and extension and would be working on it with the amount that was still available on my policy. Working with the team at Gavnat is always professional and transparent. As a contractor maintaining honesty and trust with my clients is an utmost priority. Gavnat always sets clear and upfront expectations for my and my associations. Having worked with them on several claims they have taken a less than favorable assessment and turned it into full replacement for my associations. I highly recommend the Gavnat team on any large loss claim to ensure your client is taken care of

This company is very unethical. My adjuster quit on his contract only to get involved when my contractor did all the work and money was involved.
