I went in yesterday for a manicure in that place for the first time. I came with a gift certificate and the Bold guy at the front desk, reminded me 2x that tips do not include. The place overall is very dirty, old equipment, and they have no Hot towel, instead she used a wet napkin over my hands. I did not like the manicure nor did I enjoy the service.
