I have taken our three children to Dr. Gwen Gavino for the past 10 years. I recently took my five year old in for his wellness exam. Later, we received a bill for the wellness exam and an extra office visit. This is not the first time this has happened with Dr. Gavino. I try to be very careful when I answer any of her questions during the wellness exams. I don't want to be charged an extra visit for the answers.
