Awesome staff
I understand going for a clinic appointment takes a lot of waiting though I think waiting for almost two hours is not acceptable, I just let it passed. My second visit is not something you will just let it go, they ask you not to pee for 3 hours and to drink a lot of fluids. I tried to hold until 40 mins pass my scheduled time. No apologies from the staff for the wait but rather I was told that we just have to reschedule it. If there were apologies and compassion a person will understand.
The office staff were all fast, friendly and efficient Dr was ahead of schedule, answered all my questions I highly recommend this Dr
Excellent, excellent, Doctor. Dr. Wagenheim treats me like a friend, which can be counted on. Performed my Robotic Assisted Prostate Removal in 2019. Had minimal issues after and minimal time off from work. Great Doctor, 10 stars!!
I have never experienced such poor care in my life. I have been waiting for several weeks to sort out an issue with my medication but despite leaving several messages to the medical assistants, despite talking to the receptionists on multiple occassions and despite sending Dr. Gavin multiple messages via the MH mychart website, no one has come back to me or help me sort out my prescription.
