He was amazing helping us through every step of the process! Even pulling out of one house we made an offer in and into another house we liked. We told him what we wanted and he helped us find ones and he was always available to talk about anything we had questions on, he didn’t just have “bank hours” which for us was perfect! Gavin was very generous with his time and showed us about 8 houses. He also showed us around, explaining parts of the area as a tour guide because we were from out of state. The buying process was very smooth and he negotiated on our behalf. Since then he lined us with a contractor to get some work done that we wanted. He followed up on us to make sure we were happy. Great friend!
