Gavin was very generous with his time and showed us about 8 houses. He also showed us around, explaining parts of the area as a tour guide because we were from out of state. The buying process was very smooth and he negotiated on our behalf. Since then he lined us with a contractor to get some work done that we wanted. He followed up on us to make sure we were happy. Great friend!
